The BuzCall Back to Business – Business Boost Giveaway is sponsored by BuzCall AI, which offers AI-powered customer engagement tools including website chat, AI agents, customer communication and lead capture. This promotion isn't sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform, and isn't associated with them.
The giveaway starts on September 11, 2026 and runs for approximately three months. A winner will be selected every two weeks during the promotion period. BuzCall AI may publish the exact draw dates and may make reasonable schedule adjustments if necessary, provided that changes don't unfairly affect eligible participants.
Each selected winner receives a CAD $100 Business Boost. The prize is valued at CAD $100, is awarded to the winning eligible business, is non-transferable, is not exchangeable for another prize, is not redeemable for additional BuzCall credits or subscription value, and is limited to one prize per selected winner during the promotion. BuzCall AI may provide the prize through a mutually agreed payment method or another reasonable delivery method.
There is only one way to enter: sign up on BuzCall.ai using your legitimate business information. Option A , Paid entry: successfully subscribe to an eligible Essential or Pro tier. The subscription must be active, successfully paid, valid and verified, and not cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or unpaid at the time of the applicable draw. Option B , No purchase necessary: sign up for the Free Tier, provide legitimate business information, and maintain a valid account at the time of the draw. There is no mail-in entry, no email entry, no separate form, no handwritten request and no alternative manual entry method. One valid business account is allowed per legitimate business unless otherwise approved by BuzCall AI.
Open to legitimate businesses and business owners, authorized representatives acting on behalf of an eligible business, and participants located in jurisdictions where participation is legally permitted. Participants must provide accurate business information and be legally able to participate and represent the business entered. Employees, contractors and immediate household members of BuzCall AI personnel directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible to win. BuzCall AI may restrict, refuse or disqualify participation where required by law or where business information cannot reasonably be verified.
Each winner is selected through a random draw from eligible businesses entered during the applicable two-week draw period. Eligible entries may include valid Essential Tier subscribers, valid Pro Tier subscribers, and valid businesses entered through the BuzCall Free Tier as the no-purchase-necessary entry method. A selected business is considered a potential winner until eligibility and business information are verified.
A potential winner may be contacted using the information provided during BuzCall.ai signup, including email, BuzCall account information, or another contact method provided by the business. The potential winner may be required to confirm their identity, confirm that the business information is accurate, confirm their authority to represent the business, verify eligibility, and complete any additional verification legally required for the prize. Where legally required, a winner may be required to answer a mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential winner does not respond, cannot verify eligibility, provides false information or does not meet these rules, BuzCall AI may disqualify them and select another eligible business.
Winning businesses may be publicly announced and celebrated as part of the CAD $100 Business Boost. The announcement may include business name, business logo where available, general business location, business website or social media page where appropriate, and confirmation that the business received the boost. The purpose is to celebrate the winning business and provide additional exposure. BuzCall AI will not publish private personal information without appropriate permission.
Businesses may cancel their BuzCall subscription according to the applicable subscription terms. However, a cancelled Essential or Pro subscription may not qualify for future paid-subscriber draw periods; refunded or reversed payments do not qualify as successful paid subscriptions; cancelling a paid subscription does not affect eligibility for a prize that has already been validly awarded; and a business may continue to use the Free Tier, where available, as the no-purchase-necessary method of entry.
One legitimate business may not use multiple accounts primarily to manipulate the giveaway. Duplicate accounts may be reviewed. Fake or misleading business information may result in disqualification. Automated, fraudulent or manipulated entries are prohibited. BuzCall AI may investigate suspicious activity and may require reasonable verification of business legitimacy. BuzCall AI's eligibility and verification decisions are final, subject to applicable law.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting requirements, fees or other costs related to receiving or using the prize. BuzCall AI does not guarantee any particular tax treatment.
BuzCall AI may modify, pause, cancel or end the promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, technical problems, legal requirements, platform issues, or circumstances affecting the fair administration of the giveaway. By signing up for BuzCall and participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules and Entry Details.
